Slim profile construction

At 22 mm overall thickness, the panel saves space in accommodation and service areas while still carrying a full sandwich build-up: two 0.8 mm galvanized steel facings around a non-combustible ceramic wool core of 128 kg/m³.

The slim depth makes the panel well suited to refit work and lining applications where a conventional 35 mm or 50 mm bulkhead panel would take up too much cabin footprint.

Spline jointing

Panels are connected with a 2 mm thick galvanized steel spline plate that slides into the machined edges of adjacent panels, giving a continuous, aligned joint across the partition or lining.

The spline connection keeps erection fast and allows sections to be demounted later without cutting neighbouring panels.

Fire classification

The panel is certified for A15, A0, B15 and B0 divisions, letting a single product cover bulkhead and lining requirements across different division classes.

Certification is held with IRS (Indian Register of Shipping) and fire performance is tested against IMO FTP Code 2010 protocols.
