System design
Single-skin panels are carried on a marine suspension system, keeping weight low while allowing individual panels to be lifted for access to services in the void.
Panel modules coordinate with lighting, sprinkler heads, detectors and ventilation terminals set out on the accommodation grid.
C-class divisions
C-class divisions are constructed from approved non-combustible materials but carry no fire integrity or insulation rating, which is why they suit overheads rather than fire divisions.
Where an overhead forms part of a rated division, we specify A-class or B-class construction instead.
Quality assurance
Panels are produced under a controlled QA regime with batch traceability, and material documentation is issued with each project delivery.
Finishes are selected to suit the interior scheme without compromising material approvals.
