Panel build-up
Panels combine a non-combustible mineral wool core with pre-coated steel facings, pressed to a flat, dimensionally stable board suited to marine interior outfitting.
The interlocking edge profile allows panels to be erected, aligned and later demounted without cutting adjacent divisions.
Choosing 35 mm or 50 mm
35 mm panels suit B0 and lighter B15 divisions where cabin footprint matters. 50 mm panels are specified where added insulation, acoustic separation or panel span is required.
Both thicknesses use the same jointing system, so a single division can mix thicknesses where the general arrangement calls for it.
Certification and documentation
Wall panels are supplied under IRS type approval with fire performance established through IMO FTP Code test protocols referenced by SOLAS Chapter II-2.
Certificate packs with batch traceability are issued per project for class survey and yard QA.
