Construction
Each door leaf is built from steel facings bonded to a non-combustible mineral wool core, with the frame, hinges and latching hardware supplied as a tested assembly rather than mixed components.
Hardware, vision panels and closers are specified per project so the completed door matches the approved test configuration.
Certification and documentation
Doors are supplied against IRS type approval, with fire performance established under the IMO FTP Code test protocols referenced by SOLAS Chapter II-2.
A certificate pack with batch traceability ships with every order so yard QA and class surveyors can verify the division on site.
Why source in India
Domestic manufacture removes import lead time, customs handling and foreign-currency exposure from the fire door package, without deviating from international class standards.
Replacement leaves, frames and hardware remain available from stock for refit and repair work in Indian yards.
